If you are disabled (this can include having a diagnosed long-term physical, health, or mental health problem, being autistic, or having a specific learning difference), then you may be entitled to access financial support through the Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA).

The Disabled Students' Allowance is support to cover the study-related costs you have because of a disability.

This can be on its own or in addition to any student finance you get.

The type of support and how much you get depends on your individual needs, not your household income.

It is not a loan, so you do not need to pay it back.
